2026 Deschutes County College - Information & Application Form
Deschutes County College is a free, 10-week educational program that gives residents a behind-the-scenes look at how local government operates. Participants tour county facilities like the 9-1-1 center and Knott Landfill. The 2026 program runs on Tuesdays from 4 to 6:30 p.m. between Aug. 25 and Oct. 27. For more information visit
Applications for the 2026 cohort are due by Friday, July 10.
To qualify, applicants must:
- live in Deschutes County,
- own a business there, or
- work full-time in the county.
Space is limited and a background check is required.
