Active registered voters receive an official ballot to complete and return.
The ballot can be mailed or dropped off at any
official drop box across the state.
The Drop Box Locator will be available 20 days before the next statewide election.
Ballots must be received or mailed with a valid post mark by 8 p.m. on Election Day.
*OAR 165-007-0045 requires ballots to “have a postal indicator” showing that the ballot was mailed on or before election day. Postal indicators, or postmarks, are applied to mail when they are processed at the post office.
